Shipping and Delivery

After order confirmation, the parcel will be booked and dispatched within 24 working hours.

Orders may be shipped through Leopard, TCS, or any other reliable courier service available in Pakistan.

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 5 working days, depending on customer location and courier service.

Afford e-Store is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, public holidays, weather conditions, remote areas, incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or circumstances beyond our control.

Return, Refund, and Exchange

Return, refund, or exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

Customers must contact Afford e-Store through official WhatsApp or Instagram for return, refund, or exchange requests.

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

After receiving the request, Afford e-Store will review the case and respond within 24 hours to confirm whether the request is valid and acceptable.
